Sulejman, Head of IT Workplace and Support

In January 2025, I took on further responsibility as Head of IT Workplace and Support.

Previously, I was responsible for technical support and the further development of our IT systems. The opportunity to work in an innovative environment and develop solutions together with a global group of companies was particularly appealing to me.

With several years of experience in IT system administration and support, I have in-depth technical expertise, particularly in the areas of IT security, virtualisation and system integration. My main tasks include supporting, maintaining and optimising our IT systems and ensuring smooth operations. In addition, I support the implementation of new technologies and work closely with the group to optimally align our systems.

What fascinates me most about my work are the technical challenges and the wide variety of projects I am involved in. Working with the group allows me to gain valuable experience on a global level.

In my position, technical know-how, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are crucial. Flexibility and communication skills are also essential to work effectively with different teams and the group. Our team is characterised by competence and a willingness to help, and we complement each other excellently. This is especially important for group-wide projects.

For the future, I plan to further expand my technical knowledge and participate in exciting IT projects. I want to continuously optimise our systems and ensure that we always keep up with the latest technological developments.

I recommend that new employees at Safran Vectronix network well and quickly familiarise themselves with the internal processes. An openness to new technologies and active participation in projects are key to getting to know the company and the way it works better.
