«I don’t want to miss the contact with my colleagues in addition to my varied work. I like being at Safran Vectronix and hope to be able to work for the company for a long time to come.»

Zita, Executive Assistant

Since joining Safran Vectronix in 2016, I have been supporting our CEO Max as an executive assistant. Actually, directly after my commercial apprenticeship, I always worked as a management or executive assistant. Over several years I only made two small diversions:  I worked at the university and at the Federal Administrative Court in St. Gallen. I then realized that I liked an international environment better. This is what I found and still find at Safran Vectronix.

The international aspect relates on the one hand to our own employees, and on the other hand to our colleagues in Paris or in the countries where we work closely with our partners. We are in close contact with them on an ongoing basis.

In addition to my position as executive assistant, I am also very happy to take on tasks that reflect our company’s appreciation of all employees. For example, I organize company parties or even buy gifts once in a while. Recently, I became responsible for the editorial management of our “Weitblick” employee magazine which gives me great pleasure. It’s a great medium for presenting projects within the company or celebrating joint successes. I’m also a big fan of our #WIR activities. This is where we employees get together to go motorcycling, skiing, hiking or even to play cards. I think this is a great opportunity. Because: I don’t want to miss the contact with my colleagues in addition to my varied work. I like being at Safran Vectronix and hope to be able to work for the company for a long time to come.
