Customer Support Manager (f/m)


  • Point of contact for the Sales team about the intercompany products concerning features, benefits,
    product specifications and presentations, etc.
  • Focus on FSS (Fire Support Solutions) business (system integration, interfaces, capabilities, available
  • Support the customer with his demands in regard to our products 
  •  Listen to the customer and help the product manager to understand his needs 
  •  Support product management, sales and marketing as well as program managers on dedicated projects
    and products
  •  Training of customers on all aspects of the products in house and off site 


You have a Bachelor Degree in electronics, mechatronics or comparable education and have acquired more than
3 years of relevant professional experience in a customer oriented support function. In addition, you have an in-depth knowledge of market, technologies and applications in high tech or defense environments (military
background and / or knowledge of ballistics beneficial). Do you have a strong customer oriented mindset with
good communication skills? Are you highly skilled in Swiss, French and US cultural context? An interest in
technology trends, a willingness to travel (20%-40%) and fluency in English and German (French would be a
plus) ideally complements your profile. We offer tailored opportunities to develop your specialized and personal
